Canon PIXMA Support Code 1300
On the Canon TS6400 series, support code 1300 means paper is jammed while feeding from the rear tray.
Start hereRemove the jammed sheet slowly from the easiest accessible direction, reload paper correctly, and press OK. If paper tears, use the exact model's inside/rear jam procedure rather than forcing it.
What to check
Step 1
Stop printing and locate the visible jam.
Check the paper output slot and rear tray.
Step 2
Pull the paper slowly with both hands.
Avoid tearing it. If it will not come out easily, use the model's deeper jam-removal instructions.
Step 3
Reload suitable paper correctly.
Make sure the paper guides and paper condition are good.
Step 4
Press OK and reprint the affected page.
If the jam cannot be cleared, Canon directs users to service.
