Paper, tray, and setup codes
8.01 — Close front door A
FixClose the front door fully before printing.
9.00 — Printer restarted; last job may be incomplete
FixSelect Continue, then verify whether the interrupted job needs to be printed again.
11.11 / 11.21 / 11.31 / 11.41 — Load source with requested paper
FixLoad the indicated tray/source with the paper type and size requested by the job.
If the tray already contains paper, compare the tray paper settings with the driver/application settings.
11.12 / 11.22 / 11.32 / 11.42 — Load source with requested paper and orientation
FixLoad the indicated tray with the requested type, size, and orientation.
11.91 — Load multipurpose feeder
FixOpen the multipurpose feeder and load the paper type and size requested by the job.
11.92 — Load multipurpose feeder with requested orientation
FixLoad the multipurpose feeder with the requested type, size, and orientation.
12.11 / 12.21 / 12.31 / 12.41 — Change tray paper to match the job
FixRemove the current media and load the requested paper type and size.

FixReplace the media in the multipurpose feeder with the requested type and size.

29.08 — Remove packing material
FixRemove the documented shipping/packing material from the printer before printing.
Do not pull on normal printer cables, belts, or sensors while looking for setup material.
Cartridge and imaging codes
32.40z — Unsupported cartridge
FixInstall a toner cartridge supported by the MS632.
33.40 — Refilled regular cartridge detected
FixThe printer detected a refilled regular cartridge. Check the supply and replace it if printing or recognition problems continue.
33.60 — Non-Lexmark imaging unit detected
FixCheck the imaging unit installed in the printer and replace it with a compatible unit if needed.
42.yy — Cartridge region mismatch
FixInstall a cartridge whose region matches the printer.
43.40z — Reinstall cartridge
FixRemove and reinstall the cartridge. If the code returns, replace the cartridge.
44.40 — Cartridge/printer mismatch
FixInstall the correct cartridge for the MS632.
Memory, job, USB, and storage codes
37.1 — Insufficient memory to collate job
FixContinue or cancel the job, simplify/split it, or add printer memory where supported.
37.3 — Some held jobs were deleted
FixThe printer ran short of memory and deleted held jobs. Resend needed jobs after reducing memory pressure.
38.1 — Memory full
FixCancel or split the job, reduce document complexity, or add memory if supported.
39.1 — Complex page; some data may not print
FixReduce graphics/fonts/page complexity or add memory before retrying.
55.1 — Error reading USB drive
FixRemove the flash drive. Retry with a supported USB device/file system if needed.
55.2 — Error reading USB hub
FixRemove the USB hub and connect a supported device directly.
58 — Too many trays attached
FixPower the printer off, remove excess optional trays, then restart.
59 — Incompatible tray
FixPower off, remove the incompatible tray, then restart.
61 — Defective storage disk
FixReplace the defective storage drive.
62 — Storage disk full
FixDelete stored fonts/macros/data or install/replace storage as appropriate.
72.01 — SMTP server not configured
FixConfigure the printer's SMTP server settings before using email functions.

80.01 / 80.03 / 80.09 — Maintenance kit nearly low
FixPrinting can continue, but plan maintenance-kit replacement.
80.11 / 80.13 / 80.19 — Maintenance kit low
