Clear ordinary queued jobs first. If Windows cannot remove them, restart the Print Spooler and then clear the spool folder using Microsoft's documented procedure.

Start hereDo not reinstall the printer first. A stuck Windows queue can prevent new jobs from moving even when the printer itself is fine.

What to check

Step 1

Try canceling all jobs normally.

Settings → Bluetooth & devices → Printers & scanners → select the printer → Open print queue, then cancel the pending jobs.

Step 2

Restart the Print Spooler service.

Press Windows+R, run services.msc, find Print Spooler, and choose Restart.

Step 3

If jobs still will not clear, stop the Print Spooler.

In services.msc, right-click Print Spooler and choose Stop.

Step 4

Clear the spool folder.

Open C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS and delete the files inside that folder. Do not delete the PRINTERS folder itself.

Step 5

Start the Print Spooler again and retest.

Return to services.msc, start Print Spooler, then submit a small test page before retrying the original document.
