Re-enter the saved SMB user name and password. If the password recently changed, update the stored destination on the bizhub.
Verify share and folder permissions.
The same account should be able to create a file in the intended destination. Read-only access is not enough for scan delivery.
Check the full share path.
Make sure the share name and any subfolder still exist and the account can traverse the entire path.
Check SMB compatibility safely.
If credentials and permissions are correct, have the administrator verify the server allows an SMB version the C368/C308/C258 supports. Do not enable obsolete protocols as a shortcut.
